PS. Don’t you hate when you’re beyond exhausted but your sheets are sitting in a heap on top of your bed, and you sort of just want to curl up on the rug rather than to stuff pillows into pillowcases and tuck in corners and whatnot? That’s where I’m at right now.

The ladies of NonSociety will be appearing in a Japanese fashion magazine (Domani), to be shot directly after Fashion Week, and they’ve asked for our recommendations for the Top 5 Nightspots, Restuarants, and “Beauty Spots” (I guess they mean … like … salons?). They want to do the photos there, so prettiness, while not always a factor in determining “top-ness,” should be significantly more salient.

If you knew how many times I’ve been interviewed by foreign publications as if I’m the definitive guide to New York, you would take your Time Out New Yorks and your Zagats and your laptops full of Yelp! and burn it all in effigy. Point being, I’m asked. A LOT. And I cannot continue to say “The Waverly Inn,” anymore, no matter how lovely a truffled mac & cheese they serve.

So! I’m calling upon you, dear readers and … um … publicists. Save the Japanese from my tendency towards trite testimonials.

(Sorry. The pull towards alliteration was too much for me; I couldn’t resist.)

I have wanted to make one of these inspiration mosaics for awhile now and I foolishly thought you had to create it by hand with Photoshop, which is another way of doing it, but the Mosaic Maker is so much easier and more fun.

This is my first attempt and I love it. I love all of the pictures and the colors. The theme is very girlie and pink and lovely. It’s for the time in my life when I feel more feminine and beautiful and just, lovely.

This is beautiful. Nice work.
